What: Imagine Inc. (parent company).
Who: Danesh Foroughi, president, division head of Stonecraft Construction; his son Navid Foroughi, vice president, division head of Truseal Insulation; his wife Diane Foroughi, secretary/treasurer.
What it does: Builds custom homes, offers Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction and foam spray insulation.
Homework: Danesh has 25 years in management and engineering, past five years in construction. Navid studied energy design and foam insulation during college.
Company history: “The impetus for Imagine Inc. was the concept and desire to build energy-efficient, healthy, custom-built homes providing year-round comfort at minimum cost,” Danesh Foroughi said. Imagine Inc.’s first division was Stonecraft Construction, bringing the latest ICF construction to the area. After studying benefits added by foam spray insulation, Navid established the Truseal division.
For the future: Expand concept with heating and cooling innovations, such as geothermal technology in construction.
Secret of success: Strong work ethic and honest, open communication with clients.
Biggest mistake: Not starting sooner.
