It was good to see you and your wife again yesterday.  As I explained yesterday, our utility bills have been very reasonable.  To put the data in perspective, the house has ICF walls (except part of the north wall on the third level is 2×6 construction.  All the insulation is spray foam.  We have three geothermal units, one for each floor.  The inside of the brick dimensions (frame only) are:

• Basement 3938 ft² (unfinished, but heated);  GEOTHERMAL HYDRON HYDHO2611TR1CB M10060028
• First Floor 3630 ft²;  GEOTHERMAL HYDRON HYDHXT036C11MM1C M12040245
• Second Floor 1251 ft²;  GEOTHERMAL HYDRON HYDHST024A11AAANSS  M12010574
• Total heated space = 8819 square feet inside the exterior walls
