Nestled among mature trees at The Preserve at Clayton Pond, STONECRAFT CONSTRUCTION a division of Imagine Inc., is crafting another sought after designed Insulated Concrete Formed (ICF) home. The exterior walls are comprised of 6″ of monolithic poured concrete with rebar throughout for solid protection against strong winds. In addition 2 5/8″ foam on both sides of the exterior walls ensures a quiet energy efficiency throughout the whole house. Adding to the quiet energy efficiency is the foam spray insulation on the roof deck. The exterior and interior feature White Oak timber trusses, some of which were taken from and milled on the property.
